MEET ME! Q&A with Matthew Fornaro, Outsourced General Counsel
What do you do for your clients?
My client and I will have a general conversation about their business and goals so I can understand them better. I will review their papers to understand their current, specific situation. I will then begin work on their specific matter, whether it is contract review and drafting, or litigation. I will then follow up with my client and keep them informed as their matter progresses and concludes.
